Private Charters - 2008

Our comfortable sailboat is well suited for private get-togethers like corporate outings, family celebrations, youth groups, or just partying with friends.

Relax with only your friends and family on the boat. Bachelor/ Bachelorette parties, birthday parties, anniversaries and family or college reunions are often held on the Catboat.

Corporate entertainment aboard the Eventide is a great way for executives and employees to unwind from meetings, seminars, and conferences held on Cape Cod. Most of our corporate guests stay at the finer resort/conference centers on the Cape, Including the Sheraton Hyannis Hotel & Resort, Sheraton Four Points, Ocean Edge Resort, New Seabury Resort/Conference Center, Daniel Webster Inn, Cape Point, Red Jacket Beach Hotel, Chatham Wayside Inn, Chatham Bars Inn, and the Wequassett Inn.

We often host burial at sea / memorial cruises during which the life of a departed loved one is celebrated and their ashes are spread in the ocean by their relatives.

We are frequently recommended by the Hyannis Chamber of Commerce and have been selected for inclusion in the 2008 Cape Cod Meeting Planning Guide.

Planning your charter

Charter of the Eventide is available from May 25 until  October 13, 2008 only by advance reservation.

Your charter should be scheduled at least one week in advance.

Purchase a Gift certificate for a private charter.

Choose up to 20 people to enjoy the intimacy and congeniality of a private yacht.

Plan your departure time, length of trip, and sailing route to suit your convenience.

Charters depart on even numbered hours.

Most parties prefer a charter length of 2 - 3 hours.

Include food order with your reservation and add galley/bar credit to your charter purchase.

Dress for the weather. It is usually cooler, windier and sunnier than on land.

We do not do overnight or bareboat charters.

1 hour:	$275
2 hours:	$500
additional hours:	$260 each
add 1/2 hour:	$140

Deposits & Cancellations

50% advance deposit is required to confirm a charter reservation. Balance is due prior to departure.

If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before departure, 75% of the deposit will be refunded.

Deposits for trips cancelled less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded.

If the Captain cancels your charter due to steady rain or unsafe sailing conditions like heavy fog, very strong winds, or thunderstorms at departure time you may reschedule the trip or your deposit will be refunded in full.
