2010 $ Rates for 3 Room Suite (up to 6 persons):

$390/night
$2625/Week

Price includes 3 Bedroom Suite, Full Custom Breakfast and private use of the Living Room, Porch and Laundry.

All guests may have a Free Sailboat Ride on scheduled excursions of our Catboat Eventide.

We do not rent individual rooms

There is a $50/night charge for additional person.
There is a $30/night charge for additional child using our crib.
There is a $30/night charge and a $50 refundable damage deposit for each pet.

2011 rates will be higher. Reservations for 2011 made before Dec. 31, 2010 will be accepted at 2010 rates.

Rules:

There is a two night minimum and a three night minimum for holiday weekends.

No split weekends. Friday and Saturday must be rented together..

Check-in time is after 2:00 pm. Please call a day ahead to tell us when you expect to arrive.
Check-out time is before 11:00 am.
No cooking is allowed.
No use of the Kitchen is allowed except eating breakfast.
No Smoking in the house.
Pets: Please bring your pet.
We do not do pet-sitting.
Pets may NOT be left unattended unless secured in a pet carrier or cage.
Your pet MUST be house trained and taking an anti-flea medication.
Please clean up after your pet at all times.
Dogs MUST be kept on a leash or on a run when outside.
Dogs MUST wear registration tag and rabies shots tag.
Dogs are allowed on public beaches only between 4:30 PM and 8:00 AM.

Reservations:

We will hold your reservation 5 business days based on a credit card guarantee by phone or e-mail.
After your phone or e-mail reservation request is accepted, Please mail a deposit check for at least 50%,
The credit card guarantee secures your reservation only for 5 business days while we await your check.
Balance due must be paid in full upon arrival.
We request personal checks, cash, or traveler's checks for payment of both deposit and balance due.
Please call us one day before your arrival to confirm arrival time and breakfast preferences.

Cancellations:

90% of your deposit will be refunded if you notify us 2 weeks in advance of your cancellation.
Deposits or cancellations received within 2 weeks of arrival are non refundable. On shorter notice, we will make a 90% refund only if we are able to re-rent your room.
If you arrive late or depart early for any reason, no refund will be issued .
In the event of a no show, the deposit will be forfeited and the balance due will be charged to your credit card.

Driving Directions:

Set your GPS to 70 Marston Avenue, Hyannis, Massachusetts 02601 or

Get to Cape Cod and head East on Route 6. Map
Take exit number 6 and get onto Route 132 east towards Hyannis.
Go 1.5 miles toward the 2nd traffic light.
Just after the Cape Codder Resort Hotel / Hearth & Kettle on the right, bear right just before the light on to Bearses Way.
Go 200 yards and make first right just after Buds Place onto Pitchers Way.
Pass Jiffy Lube and Go 2.5 miles (through 2 traffic lights) and come to a stop sign.
Merge straight onto Scudder Ave.
Go less than 1/4 mile to 4-way intersection and turn left at stop sign onto Marston Ave.
We are the eighth house on left. Look for our two tall trees, stone wall and dimly lit sign.
Our wide asphalt driveway is just before a street light.
Park. Guests use front door.
